Tokyo Disney Land

Tokyo Disneyland is theme park located in Urayasu, near Tokyo. It was the first Disney park to be built outside of the United States and opened in 1983. The park was constructed by Walt Disney Imagineering in the same style as Disneyland in California and Magic Kingdom in Florida.
There are seven themed areas in the park, each complementing each other yet unique in their style.

Tokyo DisneySea is a theme park at the Tokyo Disney Resort located in Urayasu, just outside of Tokyo. It opened in 2001. Tokyo DisneySea was the second theme park to open at the Tokyo Disney Resort and the ninth park of the eleven worldwide Disney theme parks to open. Tokyo DisneySea was the fastest theme park in the world to reach the milestone of 10 million guests, having done so in 307 days after its grand opening. The previous record-holder was Universal Studios Japan 338 days after its opening. Tokyo DisneySea is also the most expensive theme park ever built, estimated to have cost over U.S. $4 billion.

Universal Studios Japan, located in Osaka, Japan is one of three Universal Studios theme parks, owned and operated by USJ Co., Ltd. The park is similar to Universal Orlando Resort, since it contains many of the same rides. Universal still has a small minority stake in the park. The park opened in 2001. The attractions are in nine areas of the park.

Fuji-Q Highland is an amusement park located near the base of Mount Fuji.
It has a number of roller coasters, as well as The Haunted Hospital, the world's largest haunted attraction, and Thomas Land, a children's area with a Thomas the Tank Engine theme.

Sanrio PuroLand

Sanrio Puro Land

Sanrio Puroland is an indoor theme park located in Tokyo.
Opened in 1990, the theme park is run by the Sanrio company, and hosts various musicals, restaurants, attractions, and theme rides using popular characters such as Hello Kitty, Pochacco, Keroppi, and many more. Puroland also has an extensive gift shop featuring Sanrio characters. Tourists visiting in the summer will be able to see fireworks on a daily basis.
Nearby train stations are the Odakyu Tama Center Station (Odakyu Tama Line), Keio Tama Center Station on the Keio Sagamihara Line, and Tama City Monorail's Tama Center Station.
